Just in case someone thought spring was around the next corner, (because it was 64° the other day) a reminder came in the night to tell us'it's still winter'. Poooooooh, I'm tired of the stuff bu now. When I got up we had nearly 2 inches of snow and its still comming down, very fine and light. I went out and swept the porch about a 1/2 hour ago and you can't tell I was ever there.
The evidence of my wonderful breakfast still sits on the table. I whipped up some homemade pancake mix, added a bit of nutmeg anf cooked them until perfactly golden brown, topped them a dollop of butter that melted and ran down the sides of the stack,crowned the stack with freshly made maple syrup and I dug in. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
The only thing that would have made breakfast more delicious would have been sharing with you. The coffee was good too, I'm now on my second cup.
