I have a new grandbaby, Dominic Chase was born last night a little after 10pm. Weighing 7 lbs 10 oz and 20 1/2 inches long. Mom (Andrea) and baby are doing wonderful. And daddy is so happy he could hardly contain himself when he called last night.
Ya think if I change to spring colors it will hurry the season???? Well, me neither, pooo.
We woke up to about 6 inches of snow on the ground on Saturday and it didn't stop until I measured 12 inches on the sidewalk. Greg had to go to work at McD and I had never driven my new (used) car in the snow yet so I didn't know what to expect. That baby fired right up and handled like she was wearing chains. It is equipped with a traction control devise , unbeknown to me, and didn't spin or even let me when I tried to. G got to work on time and was the only employee that did so the manager gave him an extra $10.00 just for being there on time. He worked there until 2:30 then walked across the street to Mr Gatties and worked d there until 7:00pm, needless to say he was tuckered out by the time I went to pick him up. Then he had to get up and do it all over again the next day. At this speed he will have his $600.00 cell phone bill paid real soon.
I'm headed to N.J. tonight, hope they don't have snow covered roads still.
